728, units to back, call for a hit-and-run, York Road and East Timonium Road. York Road and East Timonium. Complainant's advising they were turned on Timonium. Suspect was intoxicated, backed into the caller's car. Should be a blue Honda Civic with a Maryland tag. So the suspect has now turned into the Walgreens on Timonium Road.
