Timeline

Police received a report of a large crowd of over a hundred people partying, with around 30 cars parked on the street.

South Worcester County Law Dispatch, Oxford, Charlton, Webster, Dudley · 0:30
over to Freeman Road, possibly in the area of 32. I had an RP that resides at 36 Freeman Road reporting two houses down from him, they are having a massive party. The windows are, the noise is extremely loud. They have all their windows closed in their house and they can hear the music still. He reported there's about at least 30 cars on the road and seems as if there's over a hundred people there, creating loud disturbance.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 32 Freeman Rd.
