Medic 172 en route, 2101. Responding to Alvins Island, 100 West Beach Boulevard, for an 82-year-old female, conscious and breathing, she fell at the door. For an additional caller, lady was trying to walk outside and fell, hit her head on the door, arm is bleeding. Responding normally, son bleeding, not serious.
