356. It's a resident calling in uninvolved for the Apex Apartments, 2424 South 41st Street. And in the parking lot is a female with a tire iron, and she's yelling and hitting windows with her hands. Black female, 20s, 5'4", 150, with black hair braided in a bun, orange and black hoodie and khaki shorts. She was last seen eastbound. This RP doesn't want contact.
