Cars standby, Chester Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Boulevard. 1 Medical Center Boulevard for a suspicious condition. Loud boom sound, heard about 10 to 15 loud pops coming from the hospital. Several rooms are lit up on several different floors. Possibly something electrical.
