Alright, coming in with a criminal damage to property just occurred, 3700 Kennedy Expressway, respectively the Blue Line on Irving. Caller said he was driving in the expressway and he saw two male teenagers on a CTA train platform throwing rocks at his car. One had on a black shirt and beige pants. Unknown description of the other one. The window is smashed. He has a Toyota RAV4. State police was notified as well. 10-4.
