10-4. I have a 22. It's going to be at the market wash, 727 West Hollywood Beach Boulevard. They're calling reference to a Black male. He's possibly under the influence of a known substance, advising that he's been in front of that 10-20, causing a disturbance. It's a Black male wearing black shorts, blue shirt, approximately 47 years of age. Actually, it looks like there's two males. The second one is a Hispanic male wearing a black shirt, unknown color bottoms, no signal zero, advising that they've been harassing the customers.
