315, 312, being dispatched to a loot complaint, Safeway, 10335 Reisterstown Road, 10335 Reisterstown, off of Mills Boulevard and Roeswood Lane. Caller advised a male was in the bushes and pulled his pants in while her daughter was standing there and started messing with themselves. It says it occurred about five minutes ago. Subject's going to be a number one male, 50-years-old, wearing all black, has a green food bag, he's bald with gray beard.
