2534. 34. If you can help us out with this check the well-being. 1850 North Newland, 1850 North Newland near the Sayre School. Caller states that there was a male Hispanic with a hospital gown, stains on it and jeans that appeared to be disoriented. He approached the caller but he was speaking incoherently. He's concerned for his well-being. Last seen headed walking towards North Avenue.
