That's clear. Code 2, theft in progress, 7925 West FM 1960. It's at Willowbrook Mall for the JCPenney. A suspect who attempted to steal stuff on Monday back at the location, stealing stuff at the kids section. It's going to be the second floor of JCPenney. If I have any EJ officers on the air, Willowbrook Mall, can you please advise?
