Let me start towards the disturbance disorderly, 203 West 19th Street at the Salvation Army Hope Center. There is a male there that is refusing to leave and verbally threatening the worker. It's going to be a white male, 19 years old, skinny build, 5'5", brown coat, and pink dress. He's going to be inside the building in the main area.
