19 George, 19 Charles, showing you a code 3 disturbance, 9898 Club Creek Drive. It's going to be at the Bayou, West Apartments, apartment 1112. Caller reported neighbor's dog attacked their dog. Caller also states the owner was cursing them out, videoing them. Suspect's going to be Hispanic, female, heavy-build, black hair with highlights, black shirt, brown and gray skirt.
