Mill Creek 55 and 51 for a transient problem. 55. 51. The 2700 East, 3900 South. The complainant's advising that the J&J laundromat, they're seeing two homeless people that are going in and out of the building. Also looks like they're in a verbal argument. They appear very agitated and yelling at each other. 30-year-old female, dark-skinned, pink hat, gray sweater and gray leggings. Male is a 50-year-old white male, a red hat, black pants, unknown colored shirt.
