25 and 31, 831 Hooper Road, Highland Park. Two juveniles on e-bikes, reading a disturbance causing issues with other kids, need a decon, can stand. They did leave towards Hooper Road. Both juveniles are white males, one is a parkour subject wearing black, black mask. Both units en route? Both cars, engine 47. 48. 148.
