Command from Ladder 32, just talked to Columbia Gas. They got the level down to 4,000 parts per million. He said all buildings are able to be reoccupied, including the main structure. And I don't know if the apartment occupant is down there, but he wanted to talk to him too. But Columbia Gas says FD is no longer needed.

Command all companies, once everyone's out, I want to keep a 300-foot perimeter around the main building. Have any civilians that are standing by in the parking lot go shelter in their apartments as long as they're not the ones that have been evacuated. If not, they need to get out of the area.
