Attention all units in the area of I-440 eastbound at New Bern. That's 440 eastbound at New Bern. That's going to be a gray Jeep, reference driving CNR, swerving in and out of lanes. Complainant's advising it looked like the driver's eyes were closed. With North Carolina 28, Romeo Bravo Victor 1741, last seen passing Poole Road. Authority concerns, citizen, my time is 1837.
