27650 Tumult Parkway at Walmart at the gas pump. 27650 Tumult Parkway, Walmart at the gas pump. Reportee advised she pulled into the gas pump and another vehicle was finished pumping gas, but is now refusing to leave and is holding the gas pump handle, not letting the reportee pump her gas and is reporting her. The reportee advised she can back up, but she refuses to as she wants law enforcement to handle the matter.
