6 A 4 to Car 3. 3. 64 Water Tower Plaza in front of the famous Footwear, speak with Anne-Marie. She's in a black Hyundai Sonata. She's reporting a male partied in an orange Nissan, went to pull into a parking spot and almost hit her daughter on a bike. He got verbally aggressive. That party has since left. She would still like to speak with police.
