It's going to be the PNC Bank downtown, 145 North 4th, 145 North 4th Street. Sounds like it's a Jeep Compass that was hit by a Brothers Country supply truck. One is stating that she does not have insurance. She's the driver of the truck. She also hit a rail of some sort. County is also out with it right now.
