453 on a child complaint at the Mortar Carriage Loft, 1714 North Salina between Wolfe and Exchange Street. It's inside the building. Caller is a resident there, Danielle Jones. She saw a 2 to 3-year-old child last seen wearing a blue nightgown, was wandering around the hallways. No parents in sight. Got into the elevator by herself. Unknown where she is at this exact time.
