Floor in 1234, respond to 7665 Ewing Boulevard, 7665 Ewing Boulevard at Magnolia Springs for a fall. Patient fell, has some skin tears, will need to transport her to the emergency room, in-memory care living room currently. Possibly hit her head. They're checking on her age now. It's actually going to be an 87-year-old female, room 113, but is sitting in the living room. It's about 17-11.
