Cars advised, holding a call, 1905 Houghton, 1905 Houghton at Herrick. Area resident said there were two juveniles going through his trash for cardboard. He couldn't hear them talking about trying to light it on fire behind the school. He didn't see any flames, unknown if they were where they're at now. It's on the air, 1642.
