vehicle in the shoulder of the west, sorry, the eastbound lanes of Kellogg. The vehicle is going to be felled out on the northbound shoulder, partially in lane 1 of the eastbound lanes of westbound, or eastbound lanes of Kellogg, excuse me, in between Seneca and Meridian. Hazards are on, I did not see anybody in or with the vehicle. I believe it's going to be abandoned, but it might cause a traffic hazard.
