Start towards 600 South Jackson Street at Austin and Blair Park. Allison Barry's calling in. Trouble with a white female in a peach-colored dress. She threw a mass bubble at the park, threatened a girl and children. Advising that she pulled a knife the other day. She's now yelling at the complainant that she's going to kill her. No weapons seen.
