12 Cars, it's going to be on 3rd Street at the bottom of the ramp from 264 westbound. The caller is requesting officers check on a male who's panhandling. They said that he's flailing about, possibly on drugs, and that he's stepping out in front of vehicles. They also stated that he looks like he's already been injured at some point. It's a white male, blonde hair, blue shirt with a Y on the front.
