All units and any additional that can respond, we have a disturbance at 660 West 5th, 660 West 5th at the library. Advising subjects outside this location for a test, advise there is a second group involved in the disturbance. Advise there is approximately 100 subjects with approximately 50 in each group involved in the disturbance. No weapons received. Code 2.
