Alpha 19 at 3818 Lakewood Drive. Made contact with the caller in reference to the neighbor at 3820, harassing the complainant. It's going to be a Black male, 5'5", 7, skinny. Been yelling at the neighbor and filming her when she gets home. This has been ongoing since 68. Subject has threatened to kill the complainant. She has a video.
