I-70 at the 241 westbound on a silver motorcycle that appeared to be road raging with a trailer out of Tacoma. The motorcycle was splitting lanes, making hand gestures and reaching for the other bag. RP did not see any weapons. RP stated they were wearing a mongols jacket. RPT has visual and is 1104.
