Alright, I've got another call pending, priority 2 trespassing on the south side, 2111 Jefferson Park Avenue, 2111 JPA. Zach Davis is the owner of the lot. There is another subject on scene charging money for people to park in his lot. Guy's refusing to leave. Suspect's going to be a Black male, older, has a cardboard sign advertising parking spaces for $30. He's at the entrance to the parking lot on the Alderman Road side.
