13 Check Welfare, 3800 North 1st Avenue. Caller is in the parking lot just to the north of Pet Food Center. 2000 Great Butte, Century. Awake, alert, breathing. Said he's very disoriented. Can't figure out where he's at. He did turn his flashers on. We do have an ambulance en route. 3800 North 1st Avenue, just north of the Pet Food Center.
