1500 Sylvan Street. Our caller is in apartment 114. Again, 1500 Sylvan Street. Our caller is in 114. For the last hour, they've been hearing somebody in apartment 214 knocking on doors and heard a male shouting, hello, is anyone home? Apparently, he's going around knocking on doors doing this. Described as a male wearing a black shirt and camo shorts with dark brown hair and a larger build.
