1871. R Street. The disturbance just occurred, 3401 R Street, unit A, making contact with Justina. Said around 625 hours. Stephen McQuinton, 39-year-old black male, was knocking at her door. Apparently there's an ongoing issue of harassment. He left in a black Chevy Equinox, Adam Paul Tom 989, in an unknown direction. He does have a Charles Charles.
