Headquarters to any units in regards to 512 sector for a 10-8 injury from a fall at Village Walk Assisted Living, 131 East Main Street off of North Ocean Ave in Patchogue. 75-year-old female fell out of her wheelchair. She is conscious and alert. The fifth floor main common area. Rescue's notified.
