52nd and Douglas, 52nd and Douglas. A suspicious person, caller said between Douglas and Ovid. Caller witnessed three people with flashlights. There's a female wearing a hot pink shirt and black capris. Another female and a male with a teal shirt. They're all northbound on the bicycles that are in the area.
