Truck 1, Ambulance 1, showing both units en route to the Mesa County Library at 443 North 6th Street. They'll be on the west side of the building near the entrance. Citadel calling in, states they have a 35-year-old female, conscious breathing, complaining of leg and foot pain. She's also mumbling when the RP was trying to talk to her. It's going to be a Code 3 response.
