10-4. 21 and 11, you guys are gonna go to 612 15th Place, 612 15th Place. Seems to be a group of teenagers by a white car. Sounds like they're playing golf in the parking lot. Just seems to be an ongoing issue. There was some previous damage done to vehicles in that area, but nothing as of right now. 10-4.
