Cover 8199 Southern Boulevard at Double D's. It's a subject in a black Mercedes SUV who's trying to run over people in the parking lot. 28, possibly, Sierra 9, Bravo, Charlie, Romeo, Mike. Possibly no longer 10-12, last unit westbound. Also possibly 38 related, who's trying to run over his girlfriend. Research showing it's clear.
