He ran out of a house on 36th Street and asked PR to call 9-1-1, not providing any additional information. He did advise officers passed by and did not stop on the attempt to flag possibly your suspect from Incident 5. 1341, you should call 4, suspect is going to be in custody. Can we have an RA response to 36th and Adair for a female, approximately 20 years old, conscious and breathing, having a panic attack? All units, code 4, 36th and Trinity, suspect in custody. 1341, RA, 36th and Adair. Received.
