Can you let the fire department know there's something burning on the bridge out at the 5600 block of South Walker? Nothing's, like, super flamed up or anything. It's just looks like a rope tied up on the bridge and then something fired. 10-4. Coming in to 721, our dispatch, can you notify 721, we found the property owner. If you want information from them. 22, 10-4, I have the second suspect in my backseat.
