Gonna be holding McDade and Kedron, McDade and Kedron for panic-speeding dispatch for an assault victim. 57-year-old male, said he was walking on McDade towards Fairview. Asked the complainant to call 911. Said he's bloody, had his teeth knocked out, didn't provide any suspect's information. The caller's not making a ton of sense on the line.
