Go ahead. Disabled vehicle, looks like it's going to be at 640 Liberty Street. Rapid has it, actually on the Kensington side of Liberty, but it's going to be a silver Honda CR-V. Should be in the middle of the road. Possibly the car just died on them while they were driving.
