32 to Monticello Vista Apartments, 1400 Monticello Road, apartment 206T is the complainant. Advises that a male named Tony who, according to the caller, does a lot of sex trafficking from his apartment, is currently sitting outside. He also has a history of drug use. He's a Black male in his 50s, wearing dark shorts. Again, his name is Tony. The caller found this suspicious.
