3 William 11 North Board, 65 of vehicle 28. Go ahead. 10 Edward King Victor Lincoln, 10E KVL. Should be on a blue Ford. There appears to be what looks like scratch marks on the side of the vehicle. Unknown if it's related.

Police are investigating possible vehicle damage.
