units, being on the lookout for a reckless driver from the city. It's going to be a white Lexus sedan, Virginia plate, Sierra X-ray Charlie 6540, SXC 6540. The plate does return to that vehicle for a Prospect Avenue address. Vehicle was speeding through the area, loud rubbing of the engine, and almost hit a group of people on Chancellor Street and University Avenue. It was last seen on scene. Chancellor headed towards University Avenue. No further. This time 2054.
