Unit 464. 464. 61 and 464, an assault just occurred, 214 Helen Street. 214 Helen off of Farmer and Sidney, in the downstairs apartment. Joy Lynn Sullivan is your caller. Her neighbor, Liz, punched her and she's refusing an ambulance, but she's bleeding from the neck. There's no weapons, no impacts. There was a 25-year-old, dark-skinned female.
