Wanda. I have a hazard suspect in the area of 151 and Janes, 151st and Janes. There's multiple trash cans on the street making it hard for vehicles to pass through. Then advised multiple kids are running into the street. Between 150, 151st and Janes and Ellison. 2 Patrol 14.
