203, go ahead. 203, I just got an animal complaint at 22 Mount Carmel Way. James called stating that a dog bit him. The owner took the dog back in her apartment and is refusing to talk to them. The 29-year-old male was bit in the hand and scraped all over. Wants to make a report. I just don't have anyone available right now. Alright, we will send the next available call to anything before.
