Green 3 units, report of possible suspicious activity in the area of 1216 North Liberty Circle. It's going to be rolling roads, trucking. Caller's advising they live in the area. About 5 minutes ago, there was possibly a white Ford pickup that sped into the construction area. About, again, about 5 minutes ago, they said they have not seen it leave. They're concerned with recent deaths in the area. Dispatch 21, I'll be en route. Just 43, they've been posting workers out there at night? 10-4.
