Information from CHP on a 505 vehicle at Arden Way and Business 80 eastbound. The vehicle is weaving in and out of traffic and having it near Miss 901. The black Cadillac sedan with no plates. It also drove on the center median at one point, and they did not get a direction of travel once it exited at Arden Way. Information only at this time. SAC PD North, clear 1753 hours.
