70-126, I have a time of failure. 104, it's going to be a tough. It's going to pass off as 28. Any units of 15? Advise that the rear of the QTH, a Black male wearing a red shirt, black pants, was trespassing. It was going to be an hour time delay. I did a callback to verify that they were still on scene.
